Appeal to patriots of Russia

Compatriots! Comrades! Brothers and sisters!

Our country is in danger! An oligarchy of thieves has seized power in the country by means of treachery, bribery and lies, and set up a regime of criminal dictatorship. Russia's foes are seeking not only to appropriate its national wealth. They are trying to break our spirit, destroy our culture, turn us into dumb slaves, and deprive us of rights. Only if the patriotic forces unite will they be able to sweep away the invaders and traitors and take actions for Russia's resurrection. We still have a chance to do that in a peaceful and democratic way. For that we need to elect a new, popular Duma, and an authoritative and efficient president. We also need to form a strong and competent government. To this end, the For Victory! nationwide movement has been launched. It has united workers and peasants, engineers and scientists, veterans and young people, believers and atheists, communists, agrarians and patriots. We are united by the ideals of justice, statehood, sovereignty of the people, spirituality and patriotism. Socialism is inseparable from these ideals. Our motto is: Prosperity Through Order!

We have three main objectives:

To save the Russian people from extinction,
To strengthen state integrity and the country's unity,
To stave off the economic collapse.

To accomplish these tasks, the people must be returned the property they were robbed of. Strategic sectors of the economy must be placed under state control. People's rights to labor, rest, affordable housing, free secondary and higher education, healthcare, social security, must be restored. The people's creativity, intuition and enterprise must be encouraged. On the international scene, the traditional ally ties must be restored. Favorable external climate for free labor and Russia's independent development must be ensured. Russia is still a fabulously rich country. It only needs a solicitous master.

When the For Victory! patriotic movement comes to power, it will take the following urgent measures:

1. We will carry out a constitutional reform intended to enhance the government's responsibility to the people. The Constitution will become a reliable guarantee for people's rights and freedoms, a barrier to arbitrariness, and the basis for political stability.
2. We will pay off arrears with wages, pensions, allowances, and scholarships. We will provide electricity and heat for every house, hot meals and textbooks for every pupil, medicines for every hospital.
3. We will reduce fuel, energy and transportation rates. We will relieve the tax burden. We will offer domestic state and non-state enterprises favorable conditions for production development. We will put an end to unemployment. Production and salaries will steadily increase. Prices will stabilize.
4. We will stop the robbing of peasants. We will restore price parity. We will organize the production of up-to-date equipment. We will support various forms of farming. We will not allow the sell-out of national wealth farmland.
5. We will stop the reckless government reshuffles. We will engage all honest professionals concerned with Russia's problems. We will invite young talented people to work at all managerial levels.
6. We will restore independent bodies of people's control over the work of government bodies. We will reduce the inflated bureaucratic apparatus. We will introduce a mechanism of recalling ministers and deputies of all levels who have abused people's trust.
7. We will edge out all extremists from politics. No one will be allowed to stir social, ethnic or religious hatred, to violate the freedom of speech, to profane our great history, or to desecrate our patriotic feelings.
8. We will ensure state integrity of our country. We will create a reliable economic basis for local self-government. Enterprises and commercial organizations will pay taxes in places of their operation rather than in places of their registration.
9. We will crush crime. We will provide law-enforcement bodies with everything they need to mercilessly combat criminals. Prosecutors will cease to be puppets manipulated by criminal oligarchs. Courts will become independent and unbiased.
10. We will bring to court all high-ranking thieves who pump money stolen from the nation into foreign vaults.
11. We will restore the authority of the family, the holiness of the home, the dignity of the woman, the mother and femal laborer. The protection of motherhood and childhood, support for war and labor veterans, orphans and the disabled will again take priority for the state policy.
12. We will establish justice and equality in ethnic relations. We will protect the cultures, languages, religions and customs of all the peoples of Russia.
13. We will put an end to russophobe practices of the regime. Russian people, who are today humiliated and slandered, outcast from culture, the press and power, will regain a worthy place in all spheres of social and political life.
14. We will remove all obstacles to bringing Russia, Belarus and Ukraine together into a single Union. We will gather all the fraternal peoples under the skies of our common motherland.
15. We will restore the defense capability of the country. We will ensure reliable internal and external national security. The people will again take pride in the Army.

We summon all Russian people to fight for the country's salvation. We are driven by the guiding star of the Great Victory. Our vast country, rise up! Come join us, worker and farmer, priest and scientist, writer and doctor, soldier and sailor. Let us join ranks under the banner of Victory! Free people in a free land this is what our homeland will be. A country of the Great Victory. A victory of creation over destruction. People's brotherhood over enmity and hatred. Loyalty over treachery. Freedom over slavery. Faith over desperation. Justice over lawlessness.
